Steve Carroll began his career with Price Waterhouse in Phoenix, Arizona in 1969.  He returned to Muncie in 1973 and was a partner in another local accounting firm from 1976 to 1991.  Steve has been active in the local United Way, United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware County and the tax division of the American Institute of CPAs.

Steve is a graduate of Muncie Central High School and Ball State University.  He and his wife Jackie have lived in Muncie since returning from Phoenix. Steve enjoys golf and is a member of the Muncie Elks Club.
